menu for my interview on Sunday

Grilled Lollipop Lamb Chops with Mojito Drizzle
Served on a bed of Baby Mache Lettuce tossed in Vinaigrette with Oven Roasted Cherry Tomatoes
Seared Wild Salmon
Served on Puff Pastry with a Leek and Shiitake Mushroom Cream Sauce and a hint of Bacon
Steamed Baby Vegetables
Quinelles of Pureed Celery Root
Apple Pear Tatin with Vanilla Ice Cream

  1. i think you should test out the lamb chops on me the day before. i also think you should drop the word "lollipop" from the menu.

    i pass entirely on the salmon smothered in mushrooms (sorry).
    down with the baby veggies, have no idea what quinelles are, and i'll take a double serving of the dessert.

    oh... if you leave the salmon and the mushrooms out of the main course, i want two of those also. ;)
